1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elvarg ("the Service"), including the game server, website, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Server Rules & User Conduct

All players must follow our Server Rules. In addition, you agree not to:

  • Use bots, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated software.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to staff instead.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members.
  • Engage in real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or currency.
  • Attempt to hack, DDoS, or otherwise disrupt the Service.
  • Impersonate staff members or other players.
  • Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or language.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account at our discretion.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

  • All in-game items, currency, and characters are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
  • Purchases made through the webstore grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items within the game.
  • Virtual items may be modified, removed, or rebalanced at any time for game integrity purposes.
  • You do not own any virtual items, characters, or accounts. All game content remains the property of Elvarg.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. This includes:

  • Webstore item purchases delivered to your in-game account.
  • Subscription services once the billing period has begun.
  • Purchases made as gifts to other players.

If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of purchased items, please contact our support team for assistance.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, with or without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time.
  • We are not liable for any loss of game data, progress, or virtual items due to server issues, updates, or shutdown.

7. Intellectual Property

Elvarg is a fan-made project. All RuneScape-related content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Jagex Ltd. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jagex Ltd in any way.

Original content created for this Service (website design, custom features, original artwork) is the property of Elvarg and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Elvarg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by Jagex Ltd regarding this Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or server rules. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked.
  • No refunds will be issued for purchased virtual items.
  • You may appeal through our ban appeals system.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or in-game announcements. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
